Our business started operating in year 1994 as a sole proprietor company, and have officially established New Vision Office Automation Sdn Bhd in year 2002 by Alan Lio, the founder of the business. Until 2017, the business have been operating for 23 years. The business location have never changed during the 23 years of serving customer, which is in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Our main objective is provide best quality of office equipment and furniture for our customer with efficient after sales service. We also provide office renovation for customer who wants a brand new layout for their office. Moreover, we provide all type of office machines, branded fire-resistant security safe, and specialize on copier machine rental.
For our frontline team, we have experienced employees on product guidance with professional knowledge to provide assistance for our customer needs, as frontline employees intake major part in our sales. In addition, we have a well-trained technician team for customer support, which includes machine repairment, software support and staff training to provide best quality for our customers.
